We have thirty years of experience in cocoa processing and chocolate production, as well as in the formulation of food products in general and cocoa products in particular.
The great quality of Panamanian cocoa, classified among those with fine aroma and flavor, motivates us to contribute to making it known beyond our borders.
We produce high-quality chocolate for different clients, with whom we develop new products and flavors for their own brand.
Our factory has an installed capacity to produce five thousand kilos of chocolate per month. Our founder, Engineer Simón Pérez Pérez, obtained a postgraduate degree in machine design at Stanford University and has extensive experience as a consultant in improvements in productivity and equipment. We are proud to say that the factory was assembled with proprietary knowledge, selecting the machinery and modifying it to adapt its operation to the highest quality and efficiency. We have all the necessary equipment for the production of chocolate in its different forms, and for various purposes.
