Our Chocolate: A Fine Cocoa Produced In A Special Region

Our delicious chocolate products are the result of careful preparation in Panama, using the finest cocoa grown in the beautiful province of Bocas del Toro. This region, located in the West of the country, is known for its agricultural vocation and is inhabited by the indigenous Ngäbe Buglé culture, whose tradition in cocoa cultivation preserves ancestral methods in total harmony with the environment and the preservation of the exuberant tropical jungle.

The dedicated farmers of this region harvest the cocoa and, working as a family, carry out meticulous fermentation and sun drying that highlights the unique aroma and flavor of cocoa from this area.
